taking up running.

today was the first time I went running, before I had Molly I had a good stamina and wouldn't get as tired but during my pregnant I had something called SPD which made me need crutches for walking a sh*t load of medication & to be on bed rest a lot so I lost my stamina and confidence in exercise but today I finally gave it a shot, I did 1.5 miles and I feel very proud of myself, I had to stop and start abit but I still got up this morning at 6am and was out of the door for 6.15. 




-8.5lb now! 5 week in.

I'm 5 week in and I've lost 8.5lb I'm happy about that but at the same time I know I could of done better, I had a week off for leave with daz the first week lf November and then the week after I was poorly so I ended up putting 0.5lb on which isn't bad. but this week I lost another 2lb and took up running today. πŸ’ͺ🏼 I'm really proud of myself so far. 8.5lb down 29lb to go.

-4.5lb down!

Tuna steaks, syn free chips, roast carrots, green beens with a tomato, garlic, ginger and coriander sauce.

well that was a mouth full!! 

this was my amazing tea yesterday. 
2 tuna steaks
2 potatoes (peeled and chopped into chips) 
1 carrot (peeled and chopping into chips) 
1 can of green beens 

sauce 
1 tablespoon of tomato pure
half a tablespoon of ground garlic
half a tablespoon of ground coriander 
quater of a table spoon of ground ginger
